Shipping Policy
國際客戶
- 若您為國際客戶,在操作上有任何問題,請聯絡我們的 FB 粉絲專頁,我們將為您服務。
International Customers
- If you are an international customer and encounter any issues, please contact us via our Facebook Page, and we will be happy to assist you.
配送方式
- 中華郵政宅配:運費依重量計算,請參照郵局公告(僅限 20 公斤以內)。
- 全家、7-11 超商取貨付款:運費 60 元。若為貓砂,一包以上或超過 5 公斤,客服將通知改以宅配寄送。
Delivery Methods
- Chunghwa Post Home Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight according to the official postal rate chart (limited to parcels under 20 kg).
- FamilyMart / 7-Eleven Store Pickup with Cash on Delivery: Flat rate NT$60. For cat litter orders: if the order is more than one pack or exceeds 5 kg, customer service will notify you to switch to home delivery.
出貨時間
- 訂單於付款完成後,系統會在 3 個工作天內安排出貨。
- 若遇訂單量過多,可能需再等待 3–5 個工作天。
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed.
- If there is a high volume of orders, an additional 3–5 business days may be required.
配送時間
- 國內:出貨後約 2–3 個工作天送達(不含假日)。
- 國外:出貨後約 7–14 個工作天送達(不含假日)。
- 國定假日及週末不配送。
Delivery Timeframe
- Domestic: Approximately 2–3 business days after shipment(excluding holidays).
- International: Approximately 7–14 business days after shipment(excluding holidays).
- No deliveries on weekends or national holidays.
注意事項
- 請務必填寫正確的收件地址、收件人及聯絡電話。
- 若指定超商整修或停業,客服會通知更改門市。
- 特殊需求請於訂單備註填寫完整。
- 若確定無法收貨,請透過粉絲專頁或官方 LINE@ 私訊(需提供訂單編號),客服將於工作日回覆。
- 因收件資料填寫不完整造成延遲,恕無法提供賠償。
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the recipient’s name, address, and phone number are filled in correctly.
- If the designated convenience store is under renovation or temporarily closed, customer service will contact you to update the pickup location.
- For special requests, please provide complete details in the Order Remarks section.
- If you are unable to receive your package, please contact us via our Facebook page or official LINE@ (provide your order number). Customer service will reply on business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

退換貨說明
Return & Exchange Policy
依臺灣《消費者保護法》規定,商品簽收翌日起為七天之鑑賞期,每一筆訂單皆可免運換貨乙次,欲退購者請於七日內提出,逾期恕不受理。
In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period starting from the day after receiving the product.
Each order is eligible for one free exchange with shipping included.
Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Late requests will not be accepted.
申請流程
- 透過粉絲專頁私訊小編,並說明需求:「我要申請退換貨」。
- 客服會提供指定門市或收貨地址。
- 確認商品完整無污損後,妥善包裝,並透過 7-11 店到店、全家店到店或宅配寄回。
- 務必拍照上傳「運費紙本收據」,需清楚顯示金額。
Application Process
- Contact us via our Facebook page and state your request: “I would like to request a return/exchange.”
- Customer service will provide the designated store or return address.
- Confirm that the product is in brand-new condition without stains or damage, repack it properly, and return it via 7-Eleven Store-to-Store, FamilyMart Store-to-Store, or home delivery.
- Be sure to take a clear photo of the shipping receipt showing the fee and upload it via Facebook message.
退款資訊
- 需提供:訂單編號、收款人戶名、銀行名稱、分行名稱、帳號。
- 客服收到退貨商品後,會將商品金額與運費一併退款,並通知查帳。
Refund Information
- Please provide: order number, account holder’s name, bank name, branch name, and bank account number.
- Once the returned item is received and verified, the product cost and return shipping fee will be refunded. Customer service will notify you once the refund has been processed.
退換貨限制
- 商品必須保持全新狀態與完整包裝(含商品本體、配件、包裝)。
- 因人為因素造成缺件、破損、受潮或保存不當者,恕不受理退貨。
Restrictions
- The appreciation period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including the product itself, accessories, and packaging).
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is missing components, damaged, stained, damp, or improperly stored due to human factors.
新品瑕疵免費更換
- 若遇新品或運送瑕疵,請於簽收翌日起 7 天內提出,可免費換新。
- 瑕疵定義:
- 內容物或零件缺漏不完整
- 包裝嚴重變形或損壞
- 商品嚴重汙損或印刷缺漏
Defective Products – Free Replacement
If a product defect or shipping damage occurs, please submit a request within 7 days of receipt for a free replacement.
Defects are defined as:
- Missing or incomplete parts/components.
- Severely deformed or damaged packaging.
- Significant stains, dirt, or printing errors.
